Refunds & Returns

At Kiani Cosmetics, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 DAYS of delivery. 

Opened or used products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
